It might be but its in german I checked forum and postes are still going on but I cant tell you more :/ but aperantly it is and hwo to conect that I cant say never played daoc. The otehr day I dled the client then realized that the post I wanted to ply on was 3 month old :/
well both of the servers Uthgard and Abendwind say server online
uthgard has 83 playes on and abenwind only got 13 which is really small cause DAOC is big
There's an join now link at the bottom of the page,there you can register an account but what about the client,i don't know,searching it myself now...

(Edited)You will see 3 buttons after starting the launcher,the left one is for update,middle one is for manual patch download,and right one to close window.
