[HELP] All server is crash affter build .exe successful

Hello everyone I have problems with the source code download at:https://github.com/St0rmy95/OpenAo

After all build is successful, I cannot run the server (Filed, IM, LOG, NPC, PRE). all crashed and dumped error as shown below. help me please.
