how do i change AttackSpeed ? (S9E2)

hey guys as you can see the max stat i set is 65,000

but it write that the max attack speed is 434

its slow compared to other servers i tested .

how do i change this value so the character can attack faster?

in calcharacter.xml file find speed / agility settings
