RAN Online Copyright (with RAN ONLINE GS gone)

I'm just curious if min comms is still suing every private server when its official server is gone? I just read that their copyright claiming that private servers are messing with the official server. But since the official is gone, do anyone here running private server still have problems from copyright?

Ran is full of crooks who abused the DMCA to try and get information against a party and take personal pictures to implicate them as drug dealers. I know this first hand. They can suck a D.
