FPS Drop EP8

Hello I need help, as the title says I am experiencing heavy FPS drops in game, I just made my server ran few days ago (offline)

I was following this tut: https://forum.ragezone.com/f460/centos-7-repack-cabal-server-1144251/

And I am using TG Cabal client (somewhere in this forum, I forgot)
Also using cabalmain.exe with no xtrap (somewhere around this forum)

My PC Specs
Ryzen 3 3100
GTX 1050ti
SATA SSD

Also I found out I cant lower the graphic settings in my client, only turn off weather and etc.
