Drift City 0.02tw Changing Nation From TW to US

Desired (edited unpacked exe using dll hook):

i know this changes the nation from changing 1 to 2, 3, 4. unedited exe wont run if i change from eax to 1. been stuck for a couple of days now. could anyone help me?
