[HELP] Localhost v54?

I did a search and didn't find it, does anyone have the localhost v54?

There used to be a few "localhost creators" over here but since they have all quit a few years ago, you're out of luck.

Unfortunately, at this point, there's absolutely no-one to assume the "role" and contribute to the community in this field (localhosts/game clients).
