Port forwarding is the same for almost any modem/router.
Log in into your router(usually is 192.168.1.1) as administrator (if you don't know the username or password, try default username or password for that model and brand of modem/router). If you can't login, then.. you can't do anything about it. Probably you can call your ISP and he can port forward your desired ports, otherwise, it's a nope. Yes, you could reset the router/modem to default settings, but you need to have the informations of your account (in case it's PPPoE), otherwise, if your reset the modem, you will need to call them to remake your settings and have the Internet back on.
Let's assume you can connect to your router/modem:
In menu, you'll see port forwarding. There, you need your local IP address (192.168.1.*) of your server host (can be obtained by going into Command Prompt and type "ipconfig") and you need to add the ports you wish to port forward.
Usually there are a few ports for Mu Online, but depends on what files you are using: 44405 TCP, 55901 TCP and 55901 UDP (I think you have the option for Both TCP and UDP).

Are you using an Internet provided by a residential LAN? Like, you have your own router in your home, but that router is connected to the main residential router in some other places than your home? Asking this because you can only port forward in your own router, in your home. You will need access to that main router and port forward your router's IP in there in order to make it work.
It's common that in residential kind of neighbourhoods to have a main router somewhere and provide Internet in homes from that main neighborhood router. Of course, the bandwidth will be pretty low according to the number of homes which is giving Internet. It's also cheaper.
Also, if your Internet is indeed Carrie-Grade NAT, this will restrict the usage of Dynamic DNS in case you need a Dynamic DNS and also makes impossible to host any kind of services because the CGNAT is giving you a private IP address to be used, not a public one. (Same principle as having a router connected to another router). So, you will need access on both routers (maybe 3 or more routers, depending on how huge is that network in that zone) (The CGNAT one - which I don't think you will ever have access to it because it's property of your ISP. And Your Home Router, which you are trying to port forward now.) No, there's no bypass in this situation. Your only solution is to call your ISP and let him port forward your private residential IP with those ports, also you will need to port forward in your residential home router.

2. CGNAT Private IP given to your router: 100.64.0.1 (This one, depending on what type of router is, can require port-forwarding)
3. CGNAT Router/Switch is giving out private IPs for other customers too
4. Your public IP given by ISP Router for Internet: 200.100.54.150 (Port forwarding is absolutely necessary in here)
Your Home's Router -----> CGNAT Router/Switch ----------> ISP Router ----------> INTERNET
That's why you can't host Mu Online servers under this without calling your ISP and probably getting charged for this. (Marketing strategy? Probably).
In a normal situation, the schema could look like this:

2. You are connected directly to the Internet
3. You can host how many services you want (Web, Games, Apps, etc)
4. You have direct control of port-forwarding
5. You have no restrictions (except port 25, 465, 587 for SMTP and other mail services)
Personal Router(the one you bought) ---> Your Fiber optic Home Router given to you on installation -----> Fiber Optic Signal Converter For Internet/TV -----> INTERNET (That Long Fiber Optic Cable Coming From Your Street Pole Into Your Home)
Good luck. Maybe I'm mistaken, but I can't see a solution except having to buy a VPS.
You can't bypass the only thing which is giving you Internet xD
Best suggestion: Call your ISP.

Apparently, this service is having TCP tunneling and you can use it to get your local network on Internet. (Not sure how it works, but probably like a VPN network).
