OmiReader 4.6

I didn't find the current omi reader for 4.6. I decided to post it.

+ support edit omi file
+ generate sql insert
+ custom struct (edit struct.h c++ style) - support auto-leveling of the structure

[MapInfo] tab not working
[Mixxing Info] show [Map Info] table
[Mystery Item] show [Mixxig Info] table
[Luckymachine] show [Mystery Item] table
[Invoking Wear Item DPNum] show [Luckymachine table]
Same with all tab
