How to edit DDS Loadings?

Hi boys and girls.

Im trying to make some new dds files for my Aion client. Im trying GIMP and Photoshop with Nvidia Tool and plugin. And no one is working. I´m see a red screen on loading screen now XD

Any Ideas?
