Xampp apache mssql connect

Hello..i am trying to make my own tantra server for myself and i am stuck at website configuration

mssql_pconnect Unable to connect to server

I search and already tried all the solutions i found here in ragezone and still not working

..uncomment mssql in php.ini
..replace ntwdblib.dll
..check the database ..user and pass is correct

I can connect through sql management studio
And ODBC

System info:

Windows 10
Sql server 2008
Xampp 1.7.3
All running on 1 local server(1laptop)

I hope somebody can help me as i have been searching for a solution for few days already

can you send a screnshot on your set up maybe you miss something in odbc.
