how to add new Dungeons to the game

Hello, I am a VINDICTUS fan from Mysterious East, I would like to ask, how to add new Dungeons to the game (eg arcana, laura, milled, siete, etc.)?hfx has been unpacked with HFSExtract-v2;db3 is not encrypted;The client and server resources in my hand are shared by domestic players（National service resources leaked in 2016）;

One more question, is there any source code for VINDICTUS to change the client (like flyff)? How to change the client without source code? How is NGClient.aes generated?
