i've got a short question.
Is it not possible to run Server with any dyndns Service like dyndns.com or no-ip.com?
It runs with the ip but not with adress like xyz.no-ip.com
Had someone a solution for this problem.

Works, because my server runs with IP dinamica(no-ip.com). You must install the program that synchronizes your IP with host that offers not-IP you. And ready, it works.

Si fuciona, pues mi server corre con ip dinamica(no-ip.com). Debes instalar el progama que sincroniza tu ip con el host que te brinda no-ip. Y listo, funciona.
it's allready installed.
But when i edit server.proterties and loginserver.properties, insert at ExternalIP= lineage2C4.no-ip.biz nobody from WAN can connect.
The clients edit the hosts and insert the same Adress and nothing hapend.
So whats wrong?
Is ther annybody else i have to do?
I use Lifatree's Server pack.
(with Jellies i can't connect from Lan/Wan with ip, always hang on GG check)

I've read many threads and many Tutorials, but not one of them worked for me.
U need to download an client from no-ip.com the linkQuote:

Over ur client side, u need to edit the l2.ini file serveradd to ur no-ip.com add.
The wont be able to login if they try to edit on their hosts file as hosts file only recognise IP numbers.

i've always edit the hosts by clients from WAN side and this should be the mistake.
If it is the solution i tell you tommorow.
