I'm the author of this methode. I'am very surprised to see this post, because I've only post this in Chinese Forums. Beside this graphic I have also written a tiny program to unpack or view SPR files of Navyfield(sounds and bitmaps). It can also modify the sounds and bitmaps of a SPR file. It can be downloaded under my new website:asstudio.de/down/bencandy.php?id=18.But only in Chinese. If you want, I can also translate this program or this graphic into English or into German(I can better German than English. Es ist mir natürlich lieber die ins deutschen zu übersetzen).
The latest version of SPR Viewer is 0.95. I've coded many months ago, and my programming ability at that time is also not so good as now. It is maybe a little slow but it works.
I have also some other artical on my website. Such as a documentation to programming a server program of World of Warcraft. I can also translate it if somebody need it.
Fist, I very sory you, because I post your Pic in here without your permission.
Second, why I post this menthod in here, because I and most everyone here can't run your SPR Viewer 0.95 in OS English. I have condition to test this in WinXP Chinese, and it run a bit good.
Then I post this pic to here, and I want anybody can make other program conparative with OS English.
And if you here, can you fix your program to comparative with OS English?
