Well i wanna update my files to c3 or c4 npcdata, but i need a website or
files, from where i can get the information. Doesnt mather if the files
are at any language i guess i can manage to understand it.
A chinesse or Japan or Russian or any server files from where i can get
the information pls.

Check posts in this forum section, I'm pretty sure Karnage posted a C4 pack. Otherwise you could always make one yourself.
