[Help] No NPCs on the server

Plz help me they aren t npc server because server no find spawnlist plz help me :s

Post error...make sure datapack is installed and both server and datapack are up to date.

I got the same problem, but that dont seams to be server side, it seams more to be hardware related....anyone got any clue ?

why do you think it's hardware related?

is ok now but i have problem to modify sql table ,how can i add line??
