l2.ini changer? does this mean it changes the ip inside with out havin to decode it?
This is what it does, decryts l2.ini, opens it, you can edit it, save and exit, then it renames it without you renameing it every time for l2encdec or using batch files then it re-encrypts, try it out to understand, you can change ip's in the matter of seconds.

i have the c4 client fully updated and when i change the l2.ini file and try to open the l2.exe nothing happens what's happening?

The most efficient way to use this tool is to copy L2ini Changer.exe and l2encdec.exe into your system folder and just run L2ini Changer.exe, and you can edit the L2.ini very easily. Read Instructions.txt if you need more help or pm me if you have questions.

its just open the l2ini changer.exe press enter some times till u got ur file opened, change IP, save&close then press enter 1 more time and its done =D

You must have an already patched system folder of Lineage II to be able to change ip in l2.ini and then succesfully run the game.
Where is the patch lolz, I decrype and encrype, nothing's happent, Double click l2.exe, nothing. Click l2.exe and Enter, nothing. Help me, thanks so much.
P/S: I install L2 C4 client and update full
