Some help explaining AI.object file plz :P

Ok i found an old post explaining how to add a new NPC in your L2Off server, here is the link:

So here's the prob. i can make all the changes i need, to create the new trader but i cant figure out what to do with the ai.obj file could anyone explain that to me ?
