i recommend something. Change the font in the menu and the font of "Lastest News...", and delete or make it transpartent the pattern in the nav bars, like "Home, donate, etc..."

your text looks blurry and the bg is a bit distracting + work on the page banner not bad :)

Bring the txt on the nav bar's above the scanlines, add detail to the main headers, maybe a bit of colour to draw the eye to the important info.
