Bad enlgish speakers in USA....

Ok I hate this shit. People that cant speak good english and understand it get job that requires you too speak and UNDERSTAND what people are speaking. Now I can understand if this was cuba or something but its not. I went too get a hair cut and every one that works at the super cuts cant speak english too save their lifes. Its just bs how they think they can get a job where they cant speak good enough english. And while on that topic from what I've heard Bush is trying to make it legal for anyone too just come over too the US. Why would he do that? We already have enough people living here we dont need more. Now dont get me wrong all my real life friends are spanish but they can speak perfect english. I just think there should be a law or something forcing people that live here too get good at speaking the native language of the country they are living in. Its like me going to japan or something and only being able too say "Hello" and stuff like that. Comments wanted.

That Is A Very Poorly Construced Sentance, "too get good at speaking" Is Not Correct English For The Context - Proper English Would Be "to become competent" Or "know the basics of the English language" Etc.

Sentances Should Not Start With "And".

What I mean is that people cant speak it good enough dumbass. I'm not saying they have too be TOTALLY PERFECT just enough so we can understand them and I did see I made a typo, but making a type-o and saying it is different. I can talk way better then I type because I dont care how I type. So think about that wont you?

Also DTB, I think hes trying to say that they first need to talk in english, then learn to write. It's just like him, he can speak english perfectly (I think) lol, but he cannot write it perfectly.

I think that was rather harsh, don't you think? Anyways yes there are alot of in the people USA that don't know the english language, but hey i bet its like thats in every country. It may not be as easy as you think it is to learn a completely new language.

If you can't prove that or back it up with evidence don't say it. We don't know what sort of country we would live in without them. It may be better it may be worse.

what do you mean lack of skilled workers, most of them don't have a qualification in anything.

immigrants come work to ur country but the problem is that they don't spent the money there, they only spend about 10 - 20% of it and the rest they send them to their home country, so that weakens the monetary power of the country :) i think its something like this

They go to uni in India, there was a huge hoo har about it because the NHS has said the Indian qualifications will no longer be a definite for getting a job over here. So loads of doctors have been made redundant. Obviously you don't know much about it, I don't know alot either. I don't like the fact they have overrun the country in a way but the ones that do work are needed.

EgoBrain I dunno if you're talking about Portugal or England, but in general 10-20% of a annual salary isn't enough to live on. So they're spending more than that.

You're talking about a tiny amount that gives the rest a bad name, illegal immigrants may take out money, but there's a larger majority putting it in.

And if you can type properly it shows a better understanding of English. When was your last piece of English coursework or your last assignment for Enligsh 100% spoken.

And I think I can type/spell enough english that you all can understand me. Not like the people that cant even write it, all they can do is say "hello" and shit. They shouldnt be working with the public if the cant speak the native language.

MrMonkey o belive me they can manage with only that, they buy cheap food, like lots of rice and stuff like that so they do have a nice amount of money to send to their famalys at their home countrys, portugal is damn overrun by imigrants, they are taking this country to doom... its sad how this things happen :(

Yes but what is the MAIN language in this country? English right? Well then shouldnt they know enough that people can understand them and they can understand their self. Their hello is like "ahelo" or around that (aka: not saying it right).
