Well, i'll tell you how to do it with Photoshop.
1. Open your image than you want to rezise it.
2. Go to Image > Image Size.
3. Where says "Pixel Dimensions" put in "Width" 100 and the same for "Height".
4. Press ok, and there are.
I hope than i have help you.

if you do it the way jheet said, it will turn out to be like, stretched on one side and normal on the other, so it will looks weird, but in photoshop you can
1. Hit Ctrl + T, than after this you will have a boxy thing around it
2: A. Hold Shift and drag one of the corners inwards and it should keep the same size..
- : B. Hold Shift + Ctrl and drag one of the corners inwards and it should keep the same size, though this one keeps the box in the center and the image shrinks inside it, just experiment and you will see

Ok...
Necrosis...
Do you have any tutorials for textures??
Cuz I dont have any idea how to form textures...
If so...
Will you give me a link there?

make a new docoment (size you want your texture)
than in that spot draw up your texture
say you have a 4px X 4px thingie
like this for example
|~~|~~|
|~~|~~|
fill one of the boxes like so
|X|~~|
|~~|X|
you get my point?.. anyways now go to File > Define Pattern
and name the pattern you want. should simple, if u got any problems pm me, or leave a msg.

I try the freehand transformation...
I used it on my ava...
Then I used Imageready for the text animation...
That's the only animation I know using Imageready...
What do you think of it?
No...
What I mean was how to make grunge, vector, light & dark textures...
And can you give me some names of other textures...
Cuz I want to seek for any tutorials and I'll practice it..

google, photoshop tutorials, and the first link should be a really good one, ive only used a few times to get an impression on ideas that i maybe able to use, other than that i dont usetut's so i cant help ya. but that site should also contain textures, if not go to deviantart.com and in there search function type photoshop textures, and so on. hmm your animation is choppy, text isnt centered, and you should have added a border to the avatar. anyways good attempt.
