The official pangYa doesnt work because I make Pangya Offline

What happening, whit my official original pangya online, it wont work when my client wants to play original pangya official server it shown on my attachment, I was confused because i make copy from the official panya from c:\program files\NtreevSoft\Pangya to another folder in C:\Game Offline\Pangya Offline, is it the pangya offline make the original pangya official wont work ?
For the note : I already try to uninstall The official Original pangya and install again but still wont work, everytime i click the icon that target at UpdateId.exe it shown on my attachment.

Can anyone solve this ?
