For a torrent speed, yes.
Normally when i download torrents im up in 800KB - 1MB a sec, it depends from what site and where the torrent seeders are from ;)
windows download system ftw!
wth 800kb/s i get 200kb tops

big deal, i hit 280 with 2mbit. Beat that.
I got 1mbit
with all 119 ports open i sometimes get well over 3mbps
I get 5kb/s.
