I have a Runescape server running on one of my old Xbox’s. I’m running a custom stripped down version of Gentoox Linux, and I had it hold 22 clients for a few hours with very minimal lag occurrence. I have a copy of OpenXDK and also the SDK, I have tried on both but cant keep the java running, it wants to shut down about 10 -15 seconds after its called.
I don't understand this post..
Don't reply then.Quote:

I see where you’re coming from on the matter, but just the mention of the SDK isn't grounds for legal action, but the release of any coding or software built using the said Development kit is.
the one thing that i do not understand about consoles is why they do not have any open ended rpg game. I would love to play like MU or something my xbox. L2 would be ever better since there are a few unreal engine games on the xbox. however making them run that content has proven impossible.
Anyways, to stay on track a bit. I just think it would be nice if some of these group that build their own little games for the PC would make them work on the xbox instead.
Pretty cool that you were able to host Runescape on the xbox though.
There was FF XI Online for PS2.... Worst game ever, but it was an MMORPG after all ;)Quote:
