Well I've never hosted a source server, but I would find a setup guide and start from step one again.
source svr is include in steam, i download from there, and install it, when i run it, it show me that error, i av css, hl2 installed
I seen a million of guides on how to do it by searching on google.
i seen many, all seem hopless
