Prey (Including the Demo link)

This game is amazing! I've just played the demo and it's honestly crazy.
There are so many different things in it, that were never seen in any FPS before...
In my opinion it beats Half-Life 2.

Some Features which amazed me:

- Two forms (Spirit and Human form)
- Awesome Guns and reload / recharge features
- Amazing environment
- Trippy effects

Not sure about it beating Half-Life 2, that's one hell of a game to compare it to. But damn, it's looking amazing. Preordering a copy as we speak, a game as good as this deserves to be paid for.

Edit: I've taken some video footage of myself in-game showing off the new graphics and cool extras to be seen in Prey. I'll get them uploaded overnight and post them tomorrow.

Smo, have you seen the little rock in a box that you teleport to when you get minimized...lol that part was really messed.

My dad just played the demo, it was awesome, it finshes with him saying he is going to rescue his gf.... I like the effects, But the best part is the fact its almost impossible to die.

Cause its 3 in the night and I'm playing Max Payne 1&2 so I want to finish those first.

Wow, cool the Spirit form really looked...spirited? xD
Anyway the levels looked huge too btw cause of the effects and the little box thingies damn o.o those were weird.

Got my copy in the mail today and been playing through it - so far the game is fantastic. I'm really enjoying it. Currently I'm being attacked by loads of little spirit girls and it's kinda creepy. Anyone else get their preorders in the mail?

Well I've completed it and I must say it was a fecking awesome game - the final boss wasn't as hard as I had expected though which was a bit of a shame but everything looked fantastic.

i find Prey way too easy, but a very long game, wich i liked.

Ditto. Being able to die, without actually dying is very odd. A nice idea but as you said, it makes the game too easy.

Well, when you resurrect yourself if quite easy also, so there probably is no way NOT to complete the game. Managed to do it in 1 day with alot of breakes. Loved the guns though, exept the "wannabee Half-Life2 Gravity gun" i LOVED the charge with a gigantic beam, rocked the shit out of the creeps. Also realistic that u got pushed back abit

Conclusion - Prey rules.

hehe i love this game not got very far yet but man the physics messes with my head

this game is sooo awesome. The portal system, the walk walking, the spirit walking all really cool slap some human eating aliens and you got yourself a fps woohoo soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cool

You can shoot yourself though the portals :D

At one point you reach a series of corridors where there's a gravity anomaly and you end up following and shooting yourself if you're not careful - it's trippy.

yea its crazy.. i have the game too.

the 2nd to final boss is the wierdest thing i ever seen lol....
