How do i change ip address in MySQL ????

Hey i used the giude in "How do i open a private server" thread and have been facing this problem all along about MySQL.When i start "runserver" i get the following message in all the three cmd boxes (i.e. map-server_sql ,char-server_sql and login-server_sql) :-
" Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' <111> "

How do i change the ip address in MySQL and can any one tell me where the hell is it situated in Athena folder or in my PC ????? :crash:
And i'm using " eAthena-SQL-7432 " version.
PLZ sm one help me !!!!!
