Why in the guide is not present words about this error???

In reg i done "Ver"="2.15a"
In Bn_game client version 2.15a
I can't play multiplayer! What is wrong that i have this error?
..Uhh.. You shouldn't have any problems with teh client I uploaded, because I used to use it.
First. We have version 2.15
In guide says:

Second In Bn_game of restored db version is 2.14g. And about this nothing in guide.
Third. in guide launcher client all ip is 212.33.232.155 and i spent a lot of time to find it. In guid nothing says about this ip.
I can't understand in that reason of this error. In pangya forum this question is apper sometimes and i can't find accurate answer. Please tell as what we do wrong.

And where you get client and server? What version at them?
i got 2.15d :D but i cant bay kooh in the game:( need to add hur to user in DB ) that sucks.
dont some one got the 2.15d fix ? i have the web site and cokieshop, i need also the gide to install that.
