Mu Shop 1.0 BETA (UPDATE) - Program to edit Shops

Hi!!

I've been recently developing a program to edit shops in server side (like Mu Data Workshop) its only in BETA version because its have some bugs (especially on the images part).

What it makes?

• Opens and saves shops files;
• Puts level, options, skill, luck and durability in the items;
• Has a customize form that serves like a Update function something like: if it comes out a new version of Mu with new items you dont have to wait for the next version of the program u can simply go to Customize form and add the item.
• Supports transparency in the main form.

Bugs fixed:

• In the templates (the combobox left to the Add a Set) the BC, DS and Elf Orbs already work yet.
• Forbiden to put items like Jewel of Bless, with Luck, Skill, etc...

Bugs to fix:

• Add more images to the program since it has only about 30 of them.
• Make a help file.

Note: to add a item u have to doubleclick on the right list of items in the item who want to add, u can also right click and choose one of the options.

Please give feedback, suggestions, ideias, etc...

If u refer to Venon Mist, Dragon Knight items, etc yes it supports but if u find a item that is not on the program use the customize form and add it and tell me so i can add.

There is a way for u to get me images, just take a SS and send me but note this:
if u can use the mu resolution at 1280x1024 it would be graceful.

PS:i won't give the pass, thats why i put it.

Hi!!

The program doesn't accept jpeg intensionaly because jpeg doesn't support transparency but png and gif do, but as the gif is smaller i used gif's and i advise u to do so because in that way the program gets smaller.

Again: why do u want the pass? If i use it because i dont want to give my intire work to who want's it so i put a pass on the images and one the db if u want to see the db i can show but i won't give the pass to the images because i want to protect part of my work.

why i hsve OLEDB.4 not registred

1) in this dialog, u can add OK, Cancel option? :)

2) remove, or add to option, fade efect (in common window)... its slow and for nothing :)

3) how to i add picture to item?

• Has for the dialog in the "new" i had the yes/no/cancel buttons i dont know why now i get only ok but will fix it;
• As for the fade effect it can be removed (in the options form) i dont know what u mean with common windows but if u refer to the principal window i can fix it or change it if u want something in particular tell me (something like a menu or so);
• The add dialog has many bugs i'm trying to fix them (can u explain better what u make to add the item to see if i can fix it better);
• As for the password no i'm not from webzen but taking ss and cutting and ajusting thier sizes gives a lot of work so i wont give the pass but i'm thinking to add more support to images if u be more accurate maybe i can made some add's.

PS: if u want the images so badly why dont u try to take ss (either from mu or my program) and u will se the time that it takes thats why i said protecting MY work not webzen work.

Next update the bugs:

• New file
• Save as SaveAs file
• Fade effects
• and maybe open file will be fixed

(The are already fixed in excption of save)

japonka the program doesn't compare if the numbers of the shop are "real" it only checks if the shop file as the structure of a shop file so if it has it accepts it! As i said i will try to fix the open in the next update.

Very nice and handy !!!

Nice App.. but remove the Fading effect. Or at least save the Setting. After restarting u need to switch it off again - sucks.


But would be a nice thing if there would be a small feature that u can define the Path of the Config Files and to load the Textfile through the GUI.

Like "NPC Lorencia Bar" which loads the specific Textfile - make it much easier imho, specially for those who dont know which Textfile is which NPC :)

Or just use a hexeditor and get the password...

Hi man nice work but still it sucks because we cant see the pictures. but anyway i found solution for that-you need MUimgGUI and hexeditor then just open on of the .zip files with hexeditor and then on the right you will see the names of armor(if you opened armor.zip) but there are much hereoglifs so you just have to know the names of armors and all other stuffs!! then with MUimgGUI open your clients player folder and there you will get all images but first you need them to convert and then changet the name like legendary armor is named upper_13m you just have to change the name to legendary armor.gif and thats all, but still we need the password because its hard work to get all images! Please can someone hex the password??? and send it to me morfinz@inbox.lv

Ok since u find the pass is useless to change althougth i could make it harder to find, but it will only give me more work something that i dont want so in the next update i'll take the pass's out

Is coming a new UPDATE witch will include fixed bugs of new, save, open and the Transparency bug (yes u dont have to change every time you start the program) i'm thinking about making this to the other options.

As about the file txt with the options it can be easly done but if i make all options like transparency, that would be kind of a waste or not?

Lasering When Placing Some Objects and Then to Execute them sometimes comes out Items different to Those That are Placed or they Give Errors!

If you're going to make a DB of all item images, that might be useful in another program (set changer/modifier)... Well that's not really started yet but I hope you get this done :grin:
