Hey I'm thinking of trying to do some 3d art. I got this one crappy one and got pissed at the fact it sucked lol. So I'm asking if anyone knows of a good and easy to pick up graphics/3d maker. I've tried to do coding but got to hard for my little brain lol. Thanks for info.

3dsMax 7 or 8 the best for you. If you get pro, you can use Maya.

I found 3d max 8 by autodesk. I hope thats a good one. I couldnt find 3dsMax unless one of the two are a miss type. Thanks once more gonna try to do some of it later on, hope I can find some good guildes lol
Dont talk about things you dont know stuff about ;). Maya is good, check out CGTalk for some awesome 3d art.
Most of the artist use a minimum of 2 programmes to make their 3d art..
Can anyone show me a site with some good guides for 3ds Max 8? I've tried but all of them are "buy this" or "buy that"..

Thanks for link will look into it. If I get into this more I may pick this as a class to take in school.
EDIT:Tried to do the face but it didnt give enough detail for someone who doesnt know where every button is. I tried it all the way to the part where you make the neck and could get the face to look right. All the other tutorials are for people that know a little it seems. Thx though
ye normally most usual 1s like , maya ,3ds max ,lightwave,xsi then normally always zbrush to give some extra detial then photoshop for textureQuote:
