Rose client Launcher + source

I whiped up a basic launcher in c# here it is ... this is .net framework 2.0 dependant.

here is a compiled version * ip address, web address and such are hard coded *

hmm launchers are all good but nhed released his one today that doesnt need framework 2 and has server ips and websites stored in inis.
anyway keep them coming

yeah I know, I just released incase anyone wants to go over it and see how anything was done ... figured I would release a compiled version so people can see it ... and the source for learning .. although I do not follow any coding standards nore do I comment on my codes ... so I guess I am not the best person to learn from ..
