4/10 not working for me, text looks bad, bg looks ok... that scan thingie is not looking good at all
First of all, it's very big, maybe you need to delete the scanlines in the background, and blend the text, just a little.
I dont like that when the bar passes over the image it turns to negatives.... u should try something different... like lighting it up when it passes or darken it...
Just a newbie opinion xD

The text is still being bad, try another colors without BEVEL :P
I don't like deferent tone in animate.
when fixed it so good better old version.
delete the bevel of the txt, and delete the bg, and follow a full sig tutorial becuase tbh this isn't very good too
Old english text doesnt have anything to do with WoW and i think your scanlines are too thick
Take away the gradient fill and the emboss on the text, change the blending style to overlay

delete the inner shadow, it's sucking the text! :P
Just try it and... try to change the color of the outer glow in all the text!
