no offence, but it isn't it just a gradient +some vector brushes and scanlines?
too simple for me. and lower the oppacity of the scanlines

Damn u guys suck >.< what do u want me 2 make .. ? not everything is some anime with a text .. and i like vetor brushes so i guess ill just keep using them =)
No offence here, but using vector brushes are boring. Mostly, cause you never put any effort in doing the sig. I can tell by that one that i couldn't have taken more than 15-30 minutes MAX. That's why i prefer self-made vector stuff, but fine. Do as you wish.
the vector style is so wasted... try another thing
nice idea but I think put fade in cycle. ;D
