Back from training, they understood, so i didnt do the stuff that hurt my back so worked out good ;)

you should not take the painkillers, they do absolutely fuck all good
you wanna treat your back with heat not ice, get a hot water bottle or a hot rice pack on it
u wanna get it massaged often too
massaging often and concentrating heat on the area of injury will encourage the blood flow, so more oxygen there and faster healing
If they ever told you to rest it, don't, you need to move around a bit or it can decide it'll just stay in one position :)
