and also snake isnt part of nintendo so dont know how the rights to him came about
I've seen it advertised in a magazine about a smash bros game including Snake in it. It's been in planning mode for ages to include many more character wheather they were nintendo or not Oo
It's coming out for the Wii in 2007 so I suggest you look things up before you consider something to be fake :)

That looks fake, the text varies in boldness and hardness, but snake is in the new smash bros game.
It's fake because;Game and Watch, Ice Climbers and Young Link are confrmed leavers and also confirmed about 40/43 characters and there's way more there
Plus 'Missingo' is a Pokemon glitch not really a nintendo character
