Now i know what you are all thinking "But Nintendo makes better games"... wrong, i got all Nintendo consoles, so trust me i'm not a Sony fanboy, but Daxter is without a doubt better then Mario 64 DS, infact if you look at the ratings people give those games, then the last 5 Jak and Daxters have done better then the last 5 Mario's.
So you get a better game, with way better graphics.
But yes, the DS has some fun games, and the touchscreen adds a new level to gaming, but the PSP offers much more, besides the PSP games i can play games from the GB, GBC, GBA, Nes, Snes, Megadrive/Genesis etc etc
I am not going to make much defense but i've played on quite a lot of handheld console games. I actually perfer more Nintendo games then any other games. I don't base my buying on what the ratings tell me or what a bunch of people on a forum tell me. I just get what appealls to me and a DS and it games are what I feel is better. you may perfer PSP and thats your own opinion and I'll leave it at that.
So tell me, is the DS such a huge exception? Because the PSP can play more Nintendo games, then the DS can, so for me even if you like Nintendo, then the PSP still wins.
Now sure ratings ain't everything, but it does say a lot, and if you would actually play the games, instead of judge without knowing, then you might actually find out they are excellent games.
I play all games on all consoles, i know what's good and what's not, and i ain't saying DS games are shit, but i'm saying the PSP is overall the better handheld.
Meh, if I want to play console games, I'll do it on my computer :1:. Best games I played are:
- Tactics Ogre (GBA)
- Lufia 2 (SNES)
I love GBA and SNES :1:

Good, i'm not sure what the lowest firmware was for that TA-082 mainboard, but you should check to be sure.
As for snes roms, well it depends what you like, but games such as Zelda, Secret of Mana, Seiken Densetsu 3 (game never came out in America/Europe but there is a very nice translated version around), Lufia's are good, Final Fantasy's, Chrono Trigger. Ofcourse those are all RPG's, but since i'm a big RPG fan that's my specialty. :P
about that model thingy: The "TA-082" us supposed to be below the little "UMD" message when it's closed right? What I mean is, if u look at the "UMD" in the top corner, then open the case, the "TA-082" is supposed to be were the "UMD" used to be?
