Laghaim JP client is giving me problems

Im not sure if anyone is familiar with this game but I managed to make an account for the laghaim JP server http://www.gamania.co.jp/ec/. I tried this server because I heard it was perma 10x exp and on top of that they have 2x events sometimes. Anyways I logged in and got to the character selection screen. I thought i was in http://www.tngemu.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_cry.gif . I made my char and then clicked ok. The loading screen came up and then BAM. I got the error msg "Game.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close." Anyone know why it could be doing this? I dont think its incompatibility because I can get the thai client to run. If anyone has any experience with this kinda thing I would really like some help.

same thing and i heard on another forum only peeps on the island could play that game and others were kicked :(
