how do i make windows media player my default??

Hi...,

how do i make windows media player 9 series my default music player please?

Im on Windows XP Home Edition if that helps... thanks!!!

Select the file type u want (a video file or audio file from your desktop or whatever). Right click.... go to proppertys. Where it says open with click the change button next to it. Select the ex from the list that comes up (windows media player in this case). Press ok and all of that file type will load up in that program. (probably .mpg). Simple as

my college tutor told me that Media player 9 keeps track of all ur illegal stuff cud be wrong just warnin
