Wyd2 Server Development

I thought we needed a topic to disscuse what we have done so far and what we need to figure out. This was created so that we could brainstorm what we need to work on. Please comment

We Know:

The client needs to before 2005 (confirmed)

The problem isnt the serverfiles its the clients (50% confirmed)

Our servers work but the connection to the game and the account servers arent working. (50% confirmed)

A brazilean forum tryed to start a server and had little sucess. The client they used was ver 7.06 (somewhat confirmed)

We dont:

The server files are the problem

The server files are incomplete

We dont know where these files came from

What the real problem

If you wanna add anything just tell me

the error are by ON IP config ...

Here's the error details from my previous testing of oldest clients i can find. I am suspecting it might only be meant for client earlier than that. Then again, i might be wrong, its best to actually have it confirmed first.

Yes sir! Works well. Messing around with the game atm.

Server indeed was very easy to setup and client didn't give any trouble, either. The only unfortunate thing I see is, these files are from early 2004, so let's hope it's not missing much cool features.
