As i understand its wheat ,like bread,pizza,donuts , biscuits and other shit like that , pasta, rice ,sugary products, soft drinks.
Allowed meat und egg und vegatble and fruits , fish and drinks that havent got a carbohydrate base or are very sugary(fizzy water ,softdrinks)
if you stick to it you lose the weight quite quickly as ive seen.
yeah but are carbohydrates fatty? how does it make you lose alotta weight?

When your body needs energy it burns of carbohydrates and when u dont eat eny carbohydrates your body burn of the reserve "fat"
u cant eat carbohydrates on the diet watched a proggie b4 when i was chattin on msn was about what is the best diet and they said best foods 2 eat are eggs and fish which = no carbohydrates
This diet works but if u do sumthiun wrong whilst on it the ur gona seriously fuck urself up and get fatter lol. I'd recommed buyin the actual book on it.
i see. i thought carbo's gives ya energy therefore its good for exercising.
mental if you are fat i suggest you bicycle it to college. very good to prevent weight gain.

i see but since i bicycle it to work and college i feel alot more healthy. fukin hard work but atleast in years to come i know i aint gonna die of a heart attack etc... aint really lost much weight but i aint fat/chubby. i suggest you bicycle it to work (although seeing you live in wales the supermarket you work in is prob like a big business park? well i dunno then) eat food but burn the calories. nothing wrong with beer (which makes you hungry) but do exercise to neutralise it. go to a gym or get mates around and compete in weights.
doing exercise sucks especially by yourself.
I Do 10-20 Scrunches' A Night, About 30 Press Ups, And Lately Been Going For 1km Sprints Or 800m Jogs At About 2 In The Bastardin Morning Lol :)

You're aren't supposed to eat fruits, they contain sugar which is a carbohydrate.
My parents are on the diet, eat hamburgers without the bun or something. Lots of meat in the diet, it's not like one of those painful type things.

Worst thing you can do is that. You only end up straining yourself. Also doing weights doesent really help weight loss. It actually makes you heavyer coz your developing more muscle (muscle ways more than fat :rolleyes:).

k bicycling aint good. anyway you got hills and valleys and no man is stupif enough to attempt to bicycle.
this is scary but no beer. beer is fattening but it makes you eat also. so i suggest drink liquor to get pissed quicker.
gym is good because its like challenging. you compete against your mates but it can be expensive. so i say buy weights dumbells/barbells with the thingy you lye down on. build up slowly and by no time you will be built like a mofo.
edit: to soleres yeah your muscle will make you heavier but its not fat. you turn your fat into muscle. true competing like going for some big weights at begining is not good. i mean if you are gonna do it, being with others helps motivate ya. start off with like 20-30 kg first week then go up bit by bit each week.
Just search for information on the net, or buy the book which contains all you'll need to know. should be avaliable in WH Smiths.
far as my m8 said lol, u just eat crappy foods and lose weight, but it aint good for you, you would be better with healthy exercise. After like one week of him doing it, he was really week and tired so he quit

Just don't eat anything one months (no you won't die,probably) and see the results...
Also another favorite of mine (not verry sure if anyone would finish it..alieve) would be, drop them in the middle of the desert with one bottle of water...:lol:
Though, nothing beats hard physical exercise...if you have the time/will to keep up with it
not eatings nearly as bad as the atkins lol, yea just exercise for god sake, lazy bugga :tp:
