C4 problem

I have a problem when i wanted to start the servers.
When CacheD etc.... ask me the DB, login and password, i can write all i want, i have always the same error HY0000.

Exemple CacheD
DB : lin2world
log : sa
pass : sapassword

result : HY0000 error.

And this Lineage2(OFF) server functions better in professional windows XP or Windows 2003 server, or it only functions in windows 2003 server? Thank you for helping.

I thing all GUILDE that if finds here orders to place the name of the archive in the DB of “lin2world”, and when the CACHED.EXE confides it it informs in pretty FILE DB the name “linworld” and I create another archive in the MSSQL with the name “linworld” and make the configurations in the ODBC exactly and thus not accepted it mine login and password that correctly they are configured in the MSSQL.
