Can be a few things:

1) You did not hex the client correctly.

2) You did not edit the IPs correctly

3) You did not start up the server like u should.

Try checking all of em...

I have modify ProjectG.exe = Unpacked.exe
start icon it's have icon.
But modify icon unpacked.exe have no icon.
