Problem with KPT Client 2331 ~ DC while loading login screen

Hi all,
duno if someone else has this problem.
i changed my server to kpt files. now when people start with the kpt client.exe 2331 they dc after the second loading screen. that screen with the priest and the text (pristontale is a game that can be enjoyed by all ages).
i don't know what to do because for some people its working without problems like me, and others get dc after that. i alrady tried to send them my gameguard folder and the gameguard.des but its still not working for them.
anyone know why?

you need windows xp service pack 2 installed. or use the original kpt game.exe, but it wont be translated.

install windows SP2

i will try it.
you know what patch or hotfix will fix this problem, because some people don't have fast internet and can't download the full sp2 or some use a windows xp copy and can't install sp2 -.-
so if its possible to fix this with installing the hotfix only would really help me.
