The Server with bugs

Hi guys I wanna ask the last released server files.
are they still alot buggy?
or are they fun enough to play with like 12 ppl?

Cause I only want an server for 12 ppl ^^

Anyway, the lastest public source is bugged, yea, but I would call it more like "not implemented stuff" and not bugs...

so I could start one and after that the will come updates or?

and where can I find the latest released files? :P cause there are so many links

And about the updates, no one is going to give you updates, just little add-ons like code that you'll have to put it in the source yourself...

I used search button dont get much only the files in the stiky.. are those files the latest released files?

I think the last files are in the sticky... but I use combined with something else ;D

there is no guide or someting for the install...
I downloaded now Navicat MySQL..
but I dont know what client I must download and what server files etc..
and how I put the dtabase in Navicat MySQL etc..

I need to use these?
Cause when I download the stuff from the download center I get a few maps and thats it.. Where do I have to put the .exe files?
