uhm well the first acc i created worked fine, i logged and then the character creation menu poped up, but now with new Id's it didnt show and then this id's didnt have a character and can't play >.< any help?

Are you creating the new characters via web or manually editing SQL tables?
What fields are you filling up in the creation stage?
