Serever almost done but some problem

I have GMCLient and assasloadingfile
and i just make my own Serevr reg
affter that i try to merge it and play by using gmclient but it not work affter that i try vipt-client and it keep say unable
how can i fix it and make it 100% work so i can play?
what do i missing and what do i need to use first before click on vipt and play?

IF its your own server and your running it on the same computer change the ips to 127.0.0.1 and if its on a different computer change it to the LOCAL ip for that computer. Also check you Idata.bmp
