moving pics/ avatars

i know this is a stupid post and will probably get deleted. :ehwatever
few weeks ago faces like these: :tp: :rolleyes: :cry: :eek: etc used to move and some ppls avatars. Now they do nothing lol, any1tell me how t make em move again (dunno why lol)

firewall? allow banners etc... try it or die

tools>Internet Options>Advanced scroll down to Multimedia section and make sure the "Play animations in web pages" is enabled.. if that doesnt do it then I don't know :P

if nothing else results try this -> start -> run -> cmd -> format (drivelabel)

then reeinstall everything and it should be fine :cool:
