Yeah that it's a data base using MYSQL and that you can log in on site.

Is it really that hard for you to enter "php + login" into Google and press Enter?
BTW, that example above has some *very serious* SQL injection vulnerabilities. It is strongly recommended you NOT use those examples, but only understand the material.
