Wanna Make A Server !

Hello , long time i didnt played Ragnarok ...
i wanna start a Good server , that will work 24-7 i hope so ..
now i dont know how to make a server . i saw some tutorials how to make ..
but i all time fail .. and i want good server ,
im looking for some 1 . that know how to build , specialy some one that had server before , run smooth , all new things and stuff i want new and good server , some one that know to fix problems ..

i want me and him control the server , ill host it on my computer ..
and we can both do all , so if some one really serious .. add me on MSN
