lets hope they dont screw it up - knee and back surgeries you have to be carefull with, if they aint done properly you'll be carying the pain for the rest of your life.

today i was training with a lady who has had 2 knee ops, a week on saturday she is fighting in the WUKO world championships

had a bit of happy medicine before they put me to sleep.

i woke up and well... was groggy as hell.

now im just slowly walking around and stuff.

ive been laying around a lot the past few days.

and well. i think im going to school tomorrow.

and i wanna go to knotts this weekend :D

plus my band has a show this friday lol.

Can u still participate in physical activity like running and w/e ? or no?
And what kind of surgery was it?

was it a wankers cramp that moved to the knee? (aka.- carpolitis) :P

Dad has to take medicine for his knee. Hes had knee problems since his 20s.

Anyways marching only 4 days after surgery? Pretty nice.
